I went for my 20,000 miles Q7 service. They were able to give me a courtesy car (A4) but it took a while to sort things out because I had Australian license so it took me almost an hour that morning and I m give me a courtesy car (A4) but it took a while to sort things out because I had Australian license so it took me almost an hour that morning and I missed a couple meetings at work. For servicing had reported a squeaky brakes issue which’s been going on for a while and also apple CarPlay issue. At first the brake issue wasn’t resolved when I was called back to pick my car same day. Manny told me that brakes measurements were found to be ok and NO action needed. I was disappointed to hear this and I expressed my disappointment to Manny who at first told me that the noise might have been caused because of driving conditions and the way I’m driving the car etc. I said that this nvr happened to me before and I also asked about warranty. So he took an action to look at what could be done and later on he texted me saying that he was able to get the problem fixed without any charges to me which was a good outcome. I am thankful to Manny for listening and acting accordingly to address the issue. CarPlay was also fixed and is now working. More

I needed to bring my 2015 Q7 in for diagnosing a repair. I drop the vehicle off and a day and a half later George calls me to let me know my Audi does need a repair. He tells me he has to order parts and so I drop the vehicle off and a day and a half later George calls me to let me know my Audi does need a repair. He tells me he has to order parts and some are on back order estimating a couple weeks. The nice thing is they let me use a courtesy vehicle while I was without my car. About three weeks go by and I’m calling and texting George to get an update on where we are at. With in a couple days I get a voicemail from George to call him. He tells me while they had my vehicle pulled apart the technician accidentally misdiagnosed my vehicle repair from the very beginning. The icing on the cake is they had THOSE parts good in stock. A lot of time wasted and frankly trust lost at this point. George apologizes when I pick up the car, but didn’t offer a discount or to even cover my diagnosis fee, correction, MIS diagnosis fee. My car gets returned to me dirty. Just a bad experience. Really disappointed with how it all turned out. More
