Audi San Diego - Service Center

I use dealerships for the service of all my cars. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I LITERALLY could not get anyone from the service department on the phone. I brought in my car for an oil was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I LITERALLY could not get anyone from the service department on the phone. I brought in my car for an oil change and 4 days later had to literally uber myself to the dealership just to find out what was going on. No apologies. No remorse. Just plain terrible customer service. I am SHOCKED from a dealership that promised me red carpet treatment. More

The service team is wonderful. Everyone covers for each other so wait time is minimal. Their Lyft ride option is a great idea. Nacho also set me up with the perfect loaner vehicle, over the weekend, sinc other so wait time is minimal. Their Lyft ride option is a great idea.
