I use dealerships for the service of all my cars. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I LITERALLY could not get anyone from the service department on the phone. I brought in my car for an oil was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I LITERALLY could not get anyone from the service department on the phone. I brought in my car for an oil change and 4 days later had to literally uber myself to the dealership just to find out what was going on. No apologies. No remorse.
