I was made to feel I was not a priority I went int to address a couple of recalls. I was made to wait 20 min to pick up my vehicle, until I reminded an agent who finally went to pick it up. Also, my car's odometer showed 3 miles added post-service, without explanation. Normally, I would be OK with this, but my previous experience was also dissapointing. That time, I ent in for major service and I was made to wait a few hours for a loaner vehicle, even though I requested one ahead of time. More
Time and cost I was told the brake job would take 2.5 hours. As I was waiting, this set my expectation. The explanation is that the manufacturer's rotors have to be replace with the pads because the are too thin and cannot be turned. This was determined at check in without inspection. Almost $800 is for labor which seems very excessive. Tires are next and I won't be coming to you. More

Great Employees but they are very busy and seem understaffed All the employees are great. I most recently worked with Scott Kealy and he was awesome. Last year when I went it took a half hour for them to bring my car out from the back due to them being short staffed. So while the people are awesome, the dealership itself has some issues with time management that doesn't appear to be any fault of the actual employees. More

At the end of the day, the service technician also provided a video outline of the issues that needed to be fixed. The whole experience was very smooth and I applaud the Audi San Diego service team!
