I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in same day, a Lyft to and from work and my battery replaced all the same day. George was super helpful and as always Manny and Jerald were fantastic too! More

I was made to feel I was not a priority I went int to address a couple of recalls. I was made to wait 20 min to pick up my vehicle, until I reminded an agent who finally went to pick it up. Also, my car's odometer showed 3 miles added post-service, without explanation. Normally, I would be OK with this, but my previous experience was also dissapointing. That time, I ent in for major service and I was made to wait a few hours for a loaner vehicle, even though I requested one ahead of time. More
Time and cost I was told the brake job would take 2.5 hours. As I was waiting, this set my expectation. The repair took 4.25 hours and I received no communication I was told the brake job would take 2.5 hours. As I was waiting, this set my expectation. The repair took 4.25 hours and I received no communication about the delay. The cost $2,200 for a brake job! The explanation is that the manufacturer's rotors have to be replace with the pads because the are too thin and cannot be turned. This was determined at check in without inspection. Almost $800 is for labor which seems very excessive. Tires are next and I won't be coming to you. More
