Walk in .. chip in window Something flew into our window and left a quarter inch diameter chip. I stopped by Audi San Diego to see if they had some sort of a glue to fix it. They said that they use a company that comes by once or twice a week to deal with this and that the next time they would be in would be the following day. So we set up an appointment and I came back and within the hour they did the repair. It cost less than $100 and now the spot is the size of a pinhead… I can barely find it! Pretty amazing. Manny helped me out and he has always been so professional and helpful. More

Poor Service I was literally the first person at the service department in the AM. Scott, pleasant person, set me up and advised the service would take approx. an I was literally the first person at the service department in the AM. Scott, pleasant person, set me up and advised the service would take approx. an hour, which is not unreasonable since it was a simple service. Over 3 hours later my car arrived, which took me 2 times to request the status of my car. (This is the second time this has happen to me) When I get into my car, the radio station is changed and it is blaring! My personal USB cord was pulled out of the center console, which I had neatly placed inside the console with my sun glasses. Because the cord was pulled all the way out, my glasses had been turned on their lens. Additionally, there were greasy smuggest on the black wood dash. I smelled like a food grease not mechanical fluids. More
