I had a terrible experience from a rude advisor in the beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me he can’t control what the call center tells me because they’re 2 completely different departments. Audi went over and beyond during this hard time to assist. Everything was amazing. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I was sadden my vehicle did not get a complimentary car wash.
