2013 S5 Repairs Brought in for check engine light. Replaced intake manifold, but did not have a recurrence of high engine temp that I had also experienced. On way h Brought in for check engine light. Brought right back and tech verified bad thermostat while engine was still hot. Replaced that too. Work was done promptly. Very accommodating on arranging Lyft transportation and loaners. It's a pleasure to work with service advisor Brett Van Gompel. Higher repair prices are to be expected for German cars. More

My experience at Audi San Diego was great. I came in to purchase a towing hitch and have it installed. The service consultant, Jerald Camacho, was excellent. He was able to get me a great price on the hitc purchase a towing hitch and have it installed. The service consultant, Jerald Camacho, was excellent. The install was great except for a scratch that occurred on the lower part of the bumper cover which blemished the paint. Jerald said they would make it right. More

Totally terrible start to the process in the 4th week of COVID-19. Then they recommended all new tires after 14k miles. I'm no expert, but seems wrong. The car was returned unwashed. They claimed it was "sterilized" but how is that possible when it's literally unchanged in cleanliness from when it was picked up. I'm not thrilled I bought the service package because I'm stuck with these guys, but if I could take my car somewhere else I certainly would. More
