My appointment was made by phone speaking with Nacho who was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle. Once on site George took charge of getting our vehicle checked in. Ge was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle. Once on site George took charge of getting our vehicle checked in. George was sure to follow all safety precautions, following all COVID-19 guidelines. He made me aware of the disinfecting process for the vehicle, which I opted for. I was assured the process would not harm the interior of the vehicle (which was correct). Nacho kept me informed during servicing and the vehicle was ready the same day it was serviced (there was the possibility it may not be ready until the next day). I was very pleased with how I was treated and for the call communication from Nacho. More

Hands down this is the best service department I’ve ever experienced. Service Took car in for 40000 mile service, had to call late in afternoon to see if vehicle was done, finally received a text need to keep for next day. I did get a text the following day that work was completed. When I picked up the car the work wasn't explained to me, my service adviser was busy on the phone. Was taken out to the car by another advisor and given my key, he did pull it out to make it easier to get in and leave. Normally the car is washed when picked up, it wasn't and with the claims of sanitation in advertisements I was disappointed. More

Service appointment was missed twice. Overall experience was just fair because my service appointment was missed twice. I had to call the service center to make another appointment. But I do understand that during the pandemic, the center is understaffed. So i think they did make an effort to service my appointment. If the center was not able to take on so many appointments at twice, they should not have booked so many on the schedule. More

Service on my Audi Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 1 Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 119 or more. They did find another issue but wanted a price that i considered very excessive of $ 1,645.00 to repair. The extreme overcharge of service fees is why i probably will not come back for any future service on my Audi. my 2013 Audi has very low mileage and the few times i have brought it in, there is always "additional work recommended" which exceeds $ 1500.00. Also. when my car was in the dealership, they caused a dent in the driver side wheel well. They took full responsibility for this and had my vehicle repaired at no cost to me. I appreciated that i did not have to fight for the repair as it clearly happened at your shop. The service man George was very nice, courteous and attentive to my needs and questions. I rate my experience with him much more than my experience with my repairs. More
