My service problem had to do with car making large warning noise saying to check tire pressure and store in MMI I am rather certain this is display indicator and not tire pressure. This problem has been going on for a couple years. I would like it fixed but I have about given up. It is annoying. I live in Point Loma and am not eager to make the trip up to your dealership again for exactly same problem. As there was no hand sanitizer in the costumer lounge I used some sitting on an empty desk. One of your sales people actually got mad over that. Your bad. More

Took my car in a couple of months ago for an oil change was was charged $900. My car still has the same check engine light on as before and when addressed with dealership i was told I needed to buy a light was was charged $900. My car still has the same check engine light on as before and when addressed with dealership i was told I needed to buy a light bulb in order to remove engine light. I was told my car would be washed a sprayed (due to COVID) snd it was not. I will not be taking my car to the dealer and I can’t tell anything was done to my car. #robbedbyaudi More
