Although, I have friends at the other dealership, I'm making the switch to Audi SD permanently for my car service needs. The service and staff at Audi SD are top notch and well above the other dealership in my honest opinion. As mentioned on other reviews, the exceptional service starts once you pull into the service bay. Fast and attentive service when the staff greet you at your car, and that carries over to the service advisors. Brett Van Gompel has provided exceptional service each time I've worked with him. Jay Amiana and the rest of the loaner team are always personable and make it a smooth process to get you into a loaner and on your way. What's nice is they provide various Audi models to loan (not just A3's like the other dealership.) Great way to sell the Audi models when the loaner cars are varied. Got the opportunity to drive a Q7 for the day....not an SUV guy, but my daughter loved it! She's asking if we could trade in our car for a Q7. Continue the exceptional work! More
