Unprofessional Audi SD use to be have a good service department, but currently they are going thru changes, which has affected the quality of service repair. Every time I took my car in for routine service & minor repairs, it came back with a new & different problem. The service rep appointed to me is Manny. I didn't trust him from the first interaction & didn't want to work with him. It has been a nightmare working with him. Audi SD does try to protect their employees, even if they blatantly lie, and are obviously in the wrong. More

George is simply the best. George is the whole reason I ever ended up at Audi San Diego as I have said in a prior review. He took care of me when I was in a bind on a Saturday a George is the whole reason I ever ended up at Audi San Diego as I have said in a prior review. I later bought a car at the dealership simply because of that experience and he has always taken care of servicing the car. He is simply the best.....there was even an occasion when he referred me to an auto body shop and they took great care of me because they knew George sent me over. He is very knowledgeable and always has his A game. I have owned Audis for years and he is by for at the best service technician I have ever dealt with. More

Didn't do unnecessary work I liked that they did not do services I did not need and charging me for it. They looked to see if I needed a tire rotation, I didn't so no charges!
