Damian is amazing! My engine light came on two hours after picking up the car from getting serviced (leaking coolant and 40K check up). Damian was so empathetic, he sent someone to deliver a loaner car and pick up my car the following day. He called daily to let me know the status of the car, and then arranged delivery of my car and pick up of the loaner so that I wouldn't have to trek back to the dealership after just having been there. 10K service. I just serviced my car. I prepaid my car maintenance for three years. I was very surprised that they charge me for a tire rotation. I called and clari I just serviced my car. They credited the charge but I was told by Service that tire rotation is not part of maintenace. This just made me “SMH”. A shocker. More

Service Department was excellent- Manny Manny took time to ensure to document other items I wanted to get it done other than the regular maintenance such as putting my license plate.
