first time customer Took my son's A5 in for the airbag recall, as he is here visiting from the East Coast. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get us in within 2 Took my son's A5 in for the airbag recall, as he is here visiting from the East Coast. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get us in within 2 days of calling for the appointment. Check-in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. I also asked them to look over the car for any potential work that was needed as it will be driven across country soon. The airbag and the inspection work was done in timely manner and for no charge. They even washed the car, which was much appreciated! When I picked up the car they didn't recommend any additional services except to check if the timing belt had been done, so I was surprised when I checked the "next oil change due" sticker and the service was 1000 miles overdue. I'm just a little surprised they didn't suggest that we have that done while they had the car. More

Good customer service - Nacho provided excellent customer service. He was welcoming and thorough explaining my results after the complimentary review. He did have to call a few times for my car to be brought around, I think I waited an additional 15 mins and I heard him call several times for it, but that was clearly out of his hands. I typically work with Damien who is my go to Service Advisor but he was out that day. Nacho was a pleasant go to person I will keep on my list. I did ask to see a car on the preowned side of the lot. Shawn had a lot of information to share. He even shared an additional car that may have been better suited to what I was looking for. Very professional. More
