Trouble Shooting I had some work done on my car elsewhere....big mistake! Not only is Audi's service always smooth and professional, their physical space has been reno I had some work done on my car elsewhere....big mistake! Not only is Audi's service always smooth and professional, their physical space has been renovated and looks awesome, they have a great lounge area and all service folks are super sweet. They never make you feel silly for bringing your car in, and they went out of their way to go over the work I had done to figure out what issue I was having to share with me, they even offered to have me bring my car back in after the other shop messed around with it more to be sure I was looking good. Not that I want to be seeing the service crew so often but I am never stressed when I do have to bring my car in and never feel that I am getting 'got' like I feel I have with this other shop! Thank you SD Audi! More

35k servicing As usual had a great experience. Opted to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Started to be around 1hr 45 minutes. Of course there was an issue of a l As usual had a great experience. Opted to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Started to be around 1hr 45 minutes. Of course there was an issue of a leak that needed to be repaired. Added 2 hrs to the wait. Weird there were no loaners available. This is the second service that I have had that there were no loaners available. First time was shuttled over to enterprise for a car. Yesterday was offered an Uber. Glad I had a good book and time to kill. More

First off, Audi Roadside Assistance was great as they helped jump start m Tried out Audi San Diego for the first time since moving from Orange County. First off, Audi Roadside Assistance was great as they helped jump start my car two separate times. Then I went to Audi SD to see if I had a faulty battery. I pulled up around 7AM and there wasn't a wait and I walked in without an appointment. Jerald helped me and it was the best service I've ever received. My car was completed by 10AM, I was given a ride to and from the dealership, and the communication was clear and thorough. Very pleased with Audi San Diego and will definitely come back. More
