Originally upset because the service and parts didn’t coordinate with one another to ensure the hitch was ordered before I dropped off my truck. Needless to say i dropped the truck off on Saturday and didn’t get it back until Tuesday. When the truck was presented i was not please with the condition of my bumper. Basically they removed the opening to the area, installed the hitch and considered themself done. After complaining and pointing out the obvious eye sore to the service department the rep who name escapes me (sorry) took it upon itself to resolve and fix the problem. He measured the dimensions and kept the panel overnight ensuring me he would cut it to fit the opening. The Service Manager called me the next day saying the panel cover was ready. What started as a frustrating experience end as doing the right thing to ensure customer satisfction. More

Within an hour, I was advised of the problem and the estimated cost. The repair work was timely performed. I was very impressed with my Service Consultant and the quality of the work. More

I had an appointment to service my care with the same service tech that I always have. At least two other employees inquired to see if I had been helped and offered to take over. I was told how long I could expect the service to take and what the cost would be. They made sure I had transportation to and from the dealership. They go out of their way to keep me and informed and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. More

They reset my software and so far it seems to work OK. I had problems with the back up camera and SiriusXM, so they reset the software and now everything seems fine on my A4. Personnel were polite and businesslike, but extremely busy, rep for my "appointment" was running late but ultimately did a good job on the estimate and finalizing of order. But next day I had to call in to find out whether the car was ready because the rep was out, and when I came to pick up the car, the bill that came out didn't correspond with what I agreed to the day before. Quickly corrected, but poor coordination. Earlier I had checked the website for the telephone number, and they had an option to text service. So I thought great, I'll just text question re whether car ready, save a call etc. The text was never answered (not just not answered quickly, but never answered at all). If you're going to tell customers to text, you need to have someone ready to respond. Kudos to the guy who seemed to be in charge, who saw me waiting to get checked out and came over and made sure I got to a rep asap. Finally, I'm clicking yes on the recommend because it's fine, but only because the review can't be submitted without a choice. I'm really agnostic on the recommendation. More
