Appreciate his communications throughout the process, and like that they send you a video detailing the car checkup. Nacho also arranges a Lyft ride for me when needed. This level of great service by Nacho and the Audi repair shop is what keeps me coming back to AUDI SAN DIEGO. More

I was told they were looking for my car at various charging stations but it was never charged as promised. - Car wash did not clean interior at all, unlike previous experiences. More

Once the problem was diagnosed and confirmed, Gustavo contacted us and let us know the possible day of completion. When our vehicle was completed, sent me a text. The sales process is good no issues. They do a good job. I bought a 2018 Q5. The service over the years have drastically declined. They are all nice to talk to at the dealership. The car itself for a high end car is dissapointing. I have hardly 25k miles till now. I have the Audi care package from the same dealership and I take it every year from maintainence. Once the 4 yr passed irrespective of mileage slowly things start falling apart. First the MMI , the engine mount, tires. For a city driven garage kept car with around 5k miles a year this is not acceptable and the follow up is terrible. More

Left my service advisor George a message to schedule service for my wife's RSQ8. His administrative assistant reached out to me within a few hours and we were on the books for a week out. Dropped the ca service for my wife's RSQ8. His administrative assistant reached out to me within a few hours and we were on the books for a week out. Dropped the car off in the morning at 8am and i received a text three hours later saying my vehicle was ready. Shortly after, i received another text with a link to xxx port where i paid for my service long before my arrival at the dealership to collect my vehicle. I showed up , picked up my car and was out of there in under 5 minutes of my arrival. George as usual, was exceptional and the entire team were very proffessional and polite. More
