A year ago I got a car with Sergey in sales and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back to buy another car with him! I have since taken my car in for service and have received the same great treatment. I love working with Nacho! He is great at keeping me up to date with the status of my car and makes sure I’m informed on what services my car needs. I love how the dealership as a whole is consistent in their level of ensuring each department is providing great customer service. That’s really hard to find, especially in such a big business. Overall was very impressed with the customer service $500 is absurd for a new key BUT the customer service was so unbelieveable that I wasnt focused on that at all. I received a loaner 2018 Audi Q5 (newest version of my car) the same day I brought my car in without an appointment. When I arrived all of the loaners were being used so they ubered me home and then ubered me back in a couple hours when one became available. Scott Kealy kept me in the loop with updates along the way, they did a complimentary inspection and even washed my car for me. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service, it made me proud to drive an Audi and took a frustrating occurance and made it very pleasant. More

Prompt, Polite and Accomodating This is my first Audi. The experience with Audi San Diego has been great! In fact, since I've had my new Audi, the service is improving everytime I go This is my first Audi. The experience with Audi San Diego has been great! In fact, since I've had my new Audi, the service is improving everytime I go. They are curtious and willing to go the extra mile when I need servicing quickly. My Audi is a 2018 and has had a few minor, new car issues. I use my car for work, so making sure the task of bringing my car in, with a fairly quick turn-around, is KEY. After making an appointment a few days in advance, I'll also call and let them know I'm on my way. They always make sure I have a loaner car to take back to work and that the car is clean. Brett is my service coordinator and is very sharp and efficient. Mark, the service manager, is always very polite and attentive and makes sure I'm getting the help I need in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Audi San Diego to anyone that is considering an Audi or getting their Audi serviced somewhere that makes an effort to take care of you. More
