Service for Audi Q5 This was my first time to the service center. I was greeted by an advisor who was courteous, acknowledged my appointment and the scheduled work and p This was my first time to the service center. I was greeted by an advisor who was courteous, acknowledged my appointment and the scheduled work and promptly signed me in, filled out the paperwork and then walked me to the location of the lounge. I had my Q5 in for he installation of mud flaps for both the front and rear. The installation was done correctly, in the time promised and the car was washed before it was returned to me curbside. You can't ask for anything more. Also, while I was in the front lounge the woman at the front desk, Elizabeth Zimmerman, greeted me by name, having remembered me from my purchase visit two weeks earlier. With the sheer number of people she greets coming in and out of the showroom, I was very impressed that she remembered my name. More

2009 Q5 179,000 miles I have been bringing my 2009 Q5 to Audi San Diego ever since I purchased it there in 2012. The care of my Q5 has been excellent and it is still runnin I have been bringing my 2009 Q5 to Audi San Diego ever since I purchased it there in 2012. The care of my Q5 has been excellent and it is still running perfectly after all these miles I have racked up. George has been my rep they entire time I believe. He is awesome! The care needed new engine mounts and front brakes this time around. I am happy to pay for this instead of making a new car payment every month. Hanging onto the car and having it serviced regularly is paying off for me. Plus, it is a very nice ride. More

The day before my appointment they called me and left me a message that they cannot provide me with a loaner, if I want to reschedule my appointment? No apologies for inconvenience. I called them back , after maybe two hours of calling back and forth they agreed to give me a loaner. As a professional person working full time don’t have time for this. when I call I like to be treated professionally. The person who answer the phone should not bring her personal issues to work. As a practice owner I felt I need to share it with you. I did speak to service manager, he was very friendly. BTW my service advisor was very helpful and professional. But as a business owner I always believe the first contact can make or break your business. More
