Worst service I had with audi The scheduling was easy. When I arrived I was asking if I could get a loaner car. I was told that I need to wait for loaner cars to be returned. I wou The scheduling was easy. When I arrived I was asking if I could get a loaner car. I was told that I need to wait for loaner cars to be returned. I would be the third on the waiting list. It will take between 15 and 45 min. If I want to wait for the car at the dealership it would be 90min to 2 hrs for the maintenance service. I was asking to get a loaner when it becomes available. I was spending 2 hrs in the waiting room without any update. Then my wife was asking at the service desk if we will get the loaner car or if our car would returned soon. We were told that there has been no loaner car returned and it is not predictable when one would be available. However our car was not serviced because we had asked for a loaner and would not be ready before the end of the day. They can offer us a ride with Lyft to our home but for the pickup we need to find our own transportation due to the distance of more than 30 miles. We had no.choice and agreed. After another 15 min we got into the Lyft and left the premise. While we were driving home I received a call that our loaner car is now available. We refused to turn back. In the afternoon I was waiting to get an update when the car would be ready for pickup. I was never receiving any updates. Finally I called at 4.45pm. I was told that the service will close at 5pm but they would finish the car and have it ready by 5.30pm. We drove to the service center and got the keys for the car at about 5.30. The car was not cleaned and we had to find it somewhere on the parking ground. I’m a audi customer since 2008. This was by far my worst service experience. More

Great Service by Jerald at Audi SD This being my first time owning a luxury car, I was a little nervous about getting my car serviced. Also, being during Covid, I was hesitant that the This being my first time owning a luxury car, I was a little nervous about getting my car serviced. Also, being during Covid, I was hesitant that the process would be more difficult. However, I easily made an appointment online, showed up at my arrival time and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and organized process. The man who took my information at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Jerald was my tech and he was very communicative through text and phone calls. When my car was done, he even offered to order me a Lyft to pick me up. I am proud to own an Audi and have my car serviced at their San Diego location! More
2 yr service I was charged $45 for tire rotation. For a high class Audi service center, I thought that was rather atypical. Most places it's free. I had indic I was charged $45 for tire rotation. I informed Audi and I was assured that it was just some remnant oil leaking. Unfortunately, my garage now still shows drops - AFTER - the service. I will call Scott to set up an appointment for this. Would be 5 stars. I asked for them to look into my speaker system and they found an issue but instead of fixing it they had me come pick up the car and said to make another appointment. Rarely live up to my Audi brand expectations I purchased a car here in 2015 and was a customer prior to that as well. While the facility is beautiful and artistic, the service department has never exceeded my expectations. I don't recall my car ever being done before they told me it would be ready, and many times my car has sat for hours ready for pickup because they didn't notify me it was ready. As a customer looking from the outside, it appears to me that the service department is overloaded and too busy to provide really thoughtful service. Most recently, we called ahead to schedule a recall repair on my Q5 TDi. We made sure to confirm *with certainty* that they had the parts in stock necessary to perform this less common repair. My wife was told over the phone that they had the parts and we decided to schedule the service for the next day. Despite their promises, and despite our urgency to get the vehicle back when promised, the repair couldn't be performed because the parts were, in fact, not in stock. 2 days later, we picked the car back up without the fix. I will likely give Audi Escondido my business next time around. More
Good, quick service I took my Q5 in for a quick fix to the license plate frame. The clip for the screws had come loose and the frame needed to be replaced. The service was done while I waited and while the car was in the shop they checked all the fluids and the tire pressure. I was back on the road in about 60 minutes. More
