Best Audi dealership in California Audi San Diego's service department is seriously the best place to go for great customer service, regular updates on your car, and getting you in and Audi San Diego's service department is seriously the best place to go for great customer service, regular updates on your car, and getting you in and out in a timely manner. I won't take my Q5 anywhere else but Audi San Diego. This is the only place where I actually look forward to getting my car serviced. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a loaner on the busiest of days. Their lounge is top notch with all the essentials and then some. Brett has been my service representative for years now and is always friendly and open in communication when it comes to unforeseen issues or recalls. They are highly engaged in the work they do and really pay attention to the needs of each appointment they have. You can tell these guys really care, and do their job phenomenally. More

Car was washed and ready for delivery when promised. Well done. More

Better Communication Needed I took my car in for service, as well as for a problem with my convertible top not going down. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and did not get it back unt I took my car in for service, as well as for a problem with my convertible top not going down. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and did not get it back until Saturday. They said they would call to let us know what was going on, but we had to call every day to get an update. Each time we called, we were told that they had not yet figured out the problem and that someone would call us back later that day. Each time, no one called later that day and we would call again the next day asking for a status update- same result. While the service staff was very polite, it would have been nice to have someone checking in every day, letting us know what was going on. 4.5 days without my car was challenging, and no offer/question about whether or not I needed a loaner. More

I haven't had the same experience with the other service representatives...still, the place deserves a 5-stars. More
