All staff were exceptionally professional and courteous I had my 2009 Audi TTS serviced on 9/17/2018 for the 75k manufacturer recommended service. All staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. A service consultant, Jerald Camacho, took the time to explain in detail the 75k service, and to answer numerous questions of mine, and to set me up with a lyft ride back home. While my car was undergoing service that day, another service consultant, George Gushulak, conveniently updated me via text and email about the status of the service, and estimates for additional services that I requested. Upon picking up my car, George went over in detail all the work that was performed, and answered some other general questions of mine. I left with a detailed safety/inspection report, my car fully serviced and maintained, and a thorough understanding of the overall condition of my car. The car was washed and cleaned, and everyone treated me and other customers as valued patrons. I will certainly return for future service and maintenance. John Valencia More

He was friendly and coordinated the Lyft driver for drop-off and pick-up, which is a huge help for handling the logistics of having service in the first place. My car was serviced, and washed in a timely manner. In comparison to another vehicle that I currently have at another dealership where I dropped it off on Thursday, and it is now Monday morning and my vehicle is still not ready for pick-up. More

Average Service - Still room to be Great While this dealership provided average service, there is still room to be great. Unforutantely, the service rep initially pulled up the wrong acco While this dealership provided average service, there is still room to be great. Unforutantely, the service rep initially pulled up the wrong account information based on the VIN # he wrote down and after asking if he was 100% sure there were no recalls, (despite my belief there were 2 and challenging) he realized he had pulled up the incorrect account. The service representative had then indicated he would give a call by NOON PST (dropped vehicle off at 9:45 am). At 2:30 PM they called back and said the vehicle was ready despite an earlier acknowledgement they were going to call prior to proceeding. After recognizing this, they indicated that the mechanic(?) did not correctly write their notes down and he would follow up and call back with more info. When the information was confirmed, they called back confirming pickup time. With the dealer closing in an hour, it required me to drive 13 miles back to the dealer last minute whereas had they called at noon as previously discussed it would have saved me the extra time and miles. Separately, I had realized upon leaving at 10:00 am PST that the loander vehicle at 5/8 gas tank. Not sure if I had agreed to fill tank 100% I called Penny (loaner) to notify her of the tank. Unfortunately, I called twice and left voicemails both times requesting for a call back. I did not receive. Overall - average service. Give the elite image of Audi and based on previous experience with other Audi locations, I believe there is still room to be great. More
