Did not meet expectations I am comparing my experience to that of the Lexus dealership where I go with my other car. Lexus by far offers a much better experience. While I liked making my service appointment online I didn't realize that I needed to order a car as well and that is not an option online. While they did provide transport both ways I didn't like not having a car all day. Additionally, service is supposed to be included with my plan and they charged $45 for a tire rotation which I felt was a bit odd. When I was told my car was ready I came to the dealership to get my car and still had to wait for around 20-25 minutes for them to bring my car around. I thought that by calling me to tell me the car was ready it would be waiting for me. Overall a lackluster experience. More

The loaner vehicle program is truly convenient so I can get to work and where I need to be without worrying about being late. The staff at the loaner desk are also quite friendly and accommodating. The service staff who greet you and bring your vehicle back after service are always smiling and polite. The only complaint I have (and why I docked you a star, below) is that Audi management has stopped offering their awesome vehicle detailing service. What a terrible disappointment! I had been using it quarterly to keep my beautiful S5 in near-showroom condition and it was a great value. The detailers at Audi know Audi vehicles and how to make them look nearly new. The convenience and quality were worth it. I have a crazy schedule as a busy physician, and its hard to find another site or mobile detailer that I trust to leave my S5 with. Even paying a higher price, the results just aren't as good. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! More
Damien sets the standard for service excellence I brought my R8 in yesterday for scheduled maintenance. Damien made sure there was a loaner ready, took care of the service promptly, and had the car I brought my R8 in yesterday for scheduled maintenance. Damien made sure there was a loaner ready, took care of the service promptly, and had the car washed and ready to go the following day. Throughout the (this time brief) service Damien checked in periodically to provide an update on progress and eta for completion. I've worked with Audi San Diego for several years, servicing an S7 and R8. Overall the dealerships service department is excellent. Damien, in particular, is the benchmark imo - professional, honest, responsive, and a genuinely fun guy to work with. More

Two tire punctures in < 1 month. Great help from Jerald I lost tire pressure in my 2017 Audi Q7 twice in the last month... picked up a nail and then a screw. Argh. Because tires of that size are rare right I lost tire pressure in my 2017 Audi Q7 twice in the last month... picked up a nail and then a screw. Argh. Because tires of that size are rare right now, instead of doing my normal 'get tires repaired/replaced at Costco' I went back to the dealership. Anyhow, it was a great experience. They let me borrow a loaner while they ordered the tire, fix was quick, car was clean when I picked it up again. A good experience. More
