Each person I encountere I went to Audi San Diego for the first time last week, just entered the Audi owner world, and had an exceptional experience. Each person I encountered was helpful, extremely nice and all my questions were answered beyond the yes or no response. My Service Manager Joe went above and beyond with helping me with my warranty and was prompt on keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. The service was through and well past my expectations - super happy with my new Audi team and know both my car and I are in good hands! More

Poor service I was at the dealer in May for a simple repair. While there, I inquired about prepaid service I purchased when I bought the vehicle (at this same faci I was at the dealer in May for a simple repair. While there, I inquired about prepaid service I purchased when I bought the vehicle (at this same facility). I was told not to worry—that my Audi Care still had one service left. Come September, I call to schedule the aforementioned service. I verify on the phone with the scheduler that I still have one service left. When I drop the car off, I’m informed that my Audi Care expired on May 31. Thanks for screwing me out of money (and additionally trying to tell me I needed other repairs which I do not). Now that all my prepaid service is finished, I will never be taking my vehicle back to the dealership. Just a very disappointing experience. More

I chose to wait for the service and the waiting area is what I expect for a luxury auto dealership. Comfortable seating, complimentary drinks and wifi and a large TV. I was in and out in a little under two hours. More
