Great experience from beginning to end This was my first service appointment with Audi, with my previous experience being MINI (good) and Toyota (terrible). I was immediately taken care of This was my first service appointment with Audi, with my previous experience being MINI (good) and Toyota (terrible). I was immediately taken care of by Manny and he quickly explained what work was to be performed and how long it would take. He then escorted me to the waiting lounge where I waited in comfort with coffee, snacks, and - most importantly - great Wi-Fi. My car was ready on time, freshly washed and dried.
