Great experience from beginning to end This was my first service appointment with Audi, with my previous experience being MINI (good) and Toyota (terrible). I was immediately taken care of This was my first service appointment with Audi, with my previous experience being MINI (good) and Toyota (terrible). I was immediately taken care of by Manny and he quickly explained what work was to be performed and how long it would take. He then escorted me to the waiting lounge where I waited in comfort with coffee, snacks, and - most importantly - great Wi-Fi. My car was ready on time, freshly washed and dried. I did have one problem which could not be addressed-- a small nail puncture in one of my tires resulting in a slow leak Audi policy is not to patch punctures ( I assume safety liability issue).so was not able to give me full service and I will need to go somewhere else to deal with slow leak. No. Not awesome I purchased my car on Labor Day weekend and still haven’t received my second key. My battery died and the car needed to be towed to the dealership. No I purchased my car on Labor Day weekend and still haven’t received my second key. My battery died and the car needed to be towed to the dealership. No one called me regarding the car so I followed up to find out the status. When I arrived there are multiple service desks but no one to greet you to identify your need. They could not locate my car so I had to walk around to find it. On my way home the seatbelt light and bell went off several times without cause. Not a mechanic but maybe there is an electronic malfunction draining the battery..... I expected more from a certified pre-owned Audi vehicle. I’ve had service packages with Lexus, Toyota and Kia over the years and this dealership can learn from their customer service and organization standards. I will go to another dealership in the future. More
