All good except for getting vehicle Great experience in dropping off my car. The service tech was very friendly but also got me through quickly. Gerald also ensured I got great treatment to get my car back to me so I didn't have to miss any more work by using the concierge service. The only complaint I have is the wait time and ask from the Audi person checking out cars. The line was 3 deep when I entered with only one guy running the process. For those early morning Mondays I think it would be wise to have two working that area. I also don't understand the need to see the expiration on my insurance. I provided my insurance card which has my policy number. I've driven Lexus' the past several cars and never been asked to provide an expiration date and prove I actually have the insurance I'm providing a card for. This took time for me to go to my insurance website, download my policy and more wait time for the 3 people behind me waiting to get cars. The quickness of the service person that checked me in was negated by the almost 1/2 hour between waiting and then getting issued my rental car from Audi. More

Damian has helped me with my Q7-new and didn't need any service except a new windshield and 10K service check-fast, efficient, communicative through the entire process! Brett helped us out with my daughters '09 A3-He took care of a recall while her car was in for service and we didn't even realize the recall parts had arrived! More

Best In Class My wife and I had a very good car buying experience at Audi San Diego. We were very happy with the process and price. This is our first Audi and we have been very happy with our choice. This car is primarily for my wife's use and I plan to purchase another Audi, from Audi San Diego, as soon as I am ready to trade in my current car. Audi is an exceptional vehicle, and I highly recommend this dealership when considering a purchase or lease, the really exceptional experience began with our first service and continues today. We are fortunate to have Scott Kealy assigned to us as a service manager. I would not think of servicing my car at another dealership and I always make sure Scott is available when we bring it in. I will request Scott when I purchase my next Audi. I've had Cadillacs, Lincolns, and Mercedes, and none have come close to the level of service my wife and I enjoy with Scott at Audi San Diego. I'm not a big contributor to these types of rating services, but I am a believer that when a company and employee goes above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized. More
