Not satisfied Took my wife's car in for a number of issues. (Only had the car for 3 months) They said that one issue was resolved and then when I got home it wasn't Took my wife's car in for a number of issues. They told me that it was a normal noise and all Audis make that noise.. My friend has the same exact car and it does not make that noise. More

Great Service! Would highly recommend! Great employees that truly car about the condition on your car. My car was making noises and jumped whenever I would accelerate. Service is great, but be aware of add ons So, I went to change the rear brakes on my Audi S4 as they were making “break noise”. They took me in right away. The service adviser called and told So, I went to change the rear brakes on my Audi S4 as they were making “break noise”. They took me in right away. The service adviser called and told me that the engine mount was also broken and needed to be replaced - fine. The next day he called me that the noise is still there after rear brakes were replaced and recommended front brakes to be replaced as well. That sounded funny since I replaced them at the same dealership less than 15,000 miles ago. I agreed though. The car was fixed in less than 24 hours total and the advisor did give me 10% off of the price to sweeten the deal on the front brakes. More

Great customer service, mediocre service I have a 2015 A3. I had issues with my sunroof. It was rattling. I took my car to Audi San Diego to get it fixed. Horacio Mireles inspected my car and I have a 2015 A3. I had issues with my sunroof. It was rattling. I took my car to Audi San Diego to get it fixed. Horacio Mireles inspected my car and checked me in. I waited 4 hours in the dealership. Then I went back to service area to get an update. I was told the technician verified noise coming from headliner/sunroof area and they needed to keep my car for another day to work on it. So I got a loaner. The loaner car was so dirty. Couple days later I received a phone call from Scott Kealy. He said he was waiting for some parts related to my sunroof that was ordered for my car. He called me back when my car was ready. I went to dealership delivered the loaner and received my car. Before I left the service area I had inspected my car to see if everything is ok. My car wasn't washed and I found pieces of tapes inside my car. I noticed that they damaged some parts and my headliner, also there was a part wasn't replaced to its place correctly. It's fine these things may happen. I showed the damaged parts to Scott. He took pictures and ordered the new parts to replace the damaged ones. When I arrived home I realized none of my interior lights (sun visor lights, glove box light, trunk light, rear dome lights) are working. I called Scott and told the situation. He asked me if I wanted to get it done together with the parts or schedule a service for the lights. I said get it done together with the parts. So I'm waiting for my new parts. Did they fix my sunroof noise? They removed my headliners and whole sunroof then applied felt tape. In the beginning there was almost no noise. But seems like the noise has stated again. I will give it some more time if not I will have it taken care of with my 25K service. Here is my timeline: 25 September - Drop off my car to the dealership 28 September - My car was ready but I wasn't able to pick it up 29 September - I picked up my car and reported the damages More
