A service tech from Audi USA and the lead tech from the dealership drove out to my house twice to look at our charging system; they also drove a brand new model out to test the system. A new module has been ordered and, hopefully, will fix the issue. More

Anyone capable of learning the technical side of the job if trained correctly. Customer service is the challenge and something you have to strive at every day to be consistent if you work in the service industry. I get it… Once you walk on the stage to perform you leave personal outside the door. I believe it was Willie Campos that assist me with my question about sim cards. He also mentioned he would place an order. I should expect a phone once sim cards were delivered. More
