They stated, the tire pressure was corrected but one day after getting my vehicle back, the car alerted me that my left rear tire pressure was low and needed to be addressed, which I but I should not have had to do that one day after getting my car back from being services. Went the extra mile I was just in for a service bulletin repair. The intake person explained the issue with the fuel pump part, and, when the service was complete, Manny I was just in for a service bulletin repair. Very professional I also need to report on something unrelated to this visit: When at the mall, my trunk lid suddenly wouldn't close. I called Kevin, my go-to service guy, and asked him what I should do. He promptly got the part - and drove out with Manny (repair) and replaced it on the spot in the mall parking lot! In the meantime, I was on the phone with Manny Gastelum, as I have an extended warranty and wanted to know if it would be covered. He promised to look into it, and called me this morning to say that the replacement is covered! I saved a TON of time and money not hiring a tow truck, bringing the car to the dealership, waiting for the repair, etc. Greatly appreciated! More
