Brett's Customer Service Was Fantastic I took my parents car in to be serviced. It had been sitting in their driveway for over a year since neither of them are able to drive. They took the car in to be serviced faithfully and did everything recommended. My appointment was in my mom's name since she was already in the system. Brett (Service Department) saw my mother's name and I could see the look in his eye when he saw me. I am a younger version of her. He remembered my parents although they hadn't been there in years and knew details about them. He then proceeded to make me feel just as welcome. I see why my mother was happy to take her car in. In this day of everyone trying to rip you off, I left the dealership feeling that I received great customer service, great advice and a very fair deaL. Thanks Brett! More
