Took 10 hours to do recalls...busy day! Really nice and helpful staff but unfortunately, it took 10 hours to get three recalls done (estimated 5hr service). The service center seems to change every time so if hard to figure out where to go or who to start with. More

Horrible service, and repair had to be redone I encountered the worst service I've ever had from a car dealer. The first time, I got the car a day later than promised (and no loaner was offered), I encountered the worst service I've ever had from a car dealer. The first time, I got the car a day later than promised (and no loaner was offered), but when I was finally told the car was ready, it wasn't ready. (I had to call for status several times.) And it came back filthy, but I gave up. Eight days later, I had to have it repaired again since the coolant had completely drained. It took three days longer than they said it would take to get it fixed, calls were not returned for many hours, and getting the status of the repair was difficult, but at least they grudgingly gave me a loaner 25 hours after my car was hauled in for the re-repair. I finally got it back; so far, the repair seems to be holding. This is the first time I've gone to this dealer for repair, and it will be the last time. It's worth the drive to go to Hoehn Audi in Carlsbad. More
