Usually the experience is flawless, but this time, George was on vacation, and nobody called me to update me on status, or to let me know it was finished. When I got to my service appointment the service rep wasn’t available, the lady who helped me was really nice. They explained that there was no loaner car for me. They sent me on Lyft to an appointment I had and then I had to come back with another Lyft to the dealership. All the time wasted is not cool. If I buy an e luxury car I should get a loaner. If someone buys an inexpensive Audi they should be first come first serve. I will return back to BMW where they have clear policies. In terms of service they took more than a week because supposedly the link to Audi in Germany was bad and couldn’t do the update. More
