Overall good Started good then didn’t get an update that the needed part was not in till I called after the expected time frame of completion (2-3hrs) has passed. Started good then didn’t get an update that the needed part was not in till I called after the expected time frame of completion (2-3hrs) has passed. Then a mix-up on the recall repair/replacement, but the department manager smoothed everything over nicely and kept me a happy customer upon leaving, will complete the job in next couple weeks hopefully, once the needed part is in. No tire jack Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I ge Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I get a flat tire. Go to change it and there is no jack or lug nut tools. So I’m stranded on the side of the road and have to call AAA. When service guy gets here, tire can’t be taken off because lug nuts don’t fit wrench. More

Visit for recalls/complimentary inspection Scott was very informative and told me was wrong with my vehicle and asked me how to proceed. He gave me the option to choose, which I appreciate. The worst possible experience one could have MORE THAN ONCE! My Vehicle has been brought into this dealership 3 times for the same issue. 2 times by my wife and once by tow truck. and all 3 times they have faile My Vehicle has been brought into this dealership 3 times for the same issue. 2 times by my wife and once by tow truck. and all 3 times they have failed to fix the issue. The last time that I brought my vehicle in for the same issue (the vehicle not recognizing the key) I dropped off the car and they re assured me that they would get this figured out little did I know this would turn into the biggest regret. First they gave us a loaner which was greatly appreciated, upon inspection of the vehicle once I got home there was dog hair everywhere and soda was spilled all over the center console area absolutely disgusting not a big deal but something to note. Later that night my family and I attempted to go to dinner, during our drive it started to rain and I turned on the wipers, they didn't work... they were so dry rotted it looked like string cheese. Next morning reached out to Mark Monell and he said ''I highly doubt they dry rotted that's a brand new car" after that conversation and some pictures of these dry rotted wipers he agreed to have the loaner car replaced and that it would be dropped off at our house the next morning. Well the next morning comes and the Concierge driver shows up at my house with my car that was in for service which was not supposed to be ready for another 5 days because the part wasn't in. The concierge dropped off my broken vehicle to my door step, my wife asked why our car was back and not a new rental and he stated that he didn't know but was taking the loaner vehicle. he then looked at my wife and said "I'm so sorry Mrs. Miller, i cannot seem to get the key out of the ignition" he then proceeded to exit the vehicle take the keys for the loaner from my wife and drive away. LEAVING OUR BROKEN CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH THE KEY STUCK IN THE IGNITION!!!!! we immediately called the dealership and could not get through to anyone. my wife called not only the dealership but she texted our service adviser and called Mark Monell's personal number. NO RESPONSE!!! an hour went by and finally we got a hold of a general manager who said he would figure things out and rectify the situation. NOTHING! my wife then got into the car, drove 1 hour back to the dealer and was put into an Audi Q7. the following morning our bank account was charged for gas in the previous loaner car.... the same one that was taken from my driveway leaving my wife stuck with our broken vehicle and a key stuck in the ignition. 5 days went by and my wife had to reach out to ask for an eta on the part for our vehicle.. they told us it was ready to be picked up.... my wife drove down AGAIN to pick up her fixed vehicle... upon arrival, she switched over 2 car seats, 2 kids and a stroller back to her vehicle. she turned on her vehicle, which had apparently just gotten a new wiring harness and ignition switch, only to find that her car was still lagging to start, reading the same error message (battery discharging please remove key) and the backup camera was still malfunctioning. mark pulled her aside and she demanded to speak with the general manager Ron, when she was in Ron's office, Ron decided to tell my wife "if you bought it from Toyota you should have known it was going to have problems" "if you bought it at Toyota then why is it our problem" he also told her that if the car was in fact malfunctioning like she said it was that he would assist her in the Audi buy back process.. they had a service tech drive her car for 20 minutes to get the error warning to go away since it was apparently from her car sitting in their lot for 2 weeks. when the car came back everyone said it was fine. my wife said no it is still doing the same thing. Ron and mark both said she needed to leave and that the car was fixed. Embarrassed and stressed my wife and children left in the broken vehicle. 30 minutes later my wife sent RON, MARK & JOE EMAILS & TEXT MESSAGES. she received one message from Joe telling her to bring the car back in and that he was so sorry. she went BACK to the dealer that same day and when she got there Joe said "my service guy said what you are describing is normal" my wife put the service tech in the vehicle and showed him the problems. he told her that if she didn't like the feature she would have to remove it. The "feature" he was referring to was the backup camera being on while in drive constantly. They refused to acknowledge the battery discharge warning and Ron told my wife that they were "done servicing her and she needed to take it to Toyota since that was where she bought it" THE CAR IS UNDER FULL WARRANTY WITH AUDI!!! I now have my broken vehicle sitting in my driveway because Audi is refusing to service it and fix the issues. being a "luxury" car brand I truly expected Audi to stand behind their products wholeheartedly. I am beyond disgusted with not only the service but the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The car has now had 5 things replaced within exactly 1 year and it is not fixed. Unfortunately this also isn't the first issue we have had with this dealership. The time my vehicle was brought in by tow truck, MANNY was absolutely deplorable also. I will never again purchase or refer anyone to Audi. More
