Great service! I needed to bring my car in for a 'recall campaign' repair. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted.. When I arrived, Brett w I needed to bring my car in for a 'recall campaign' repair. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted.. When I arrived, Brett was ready for me. I told him I would like to wait for the car, as I thought it would be about one hour. He told me probably an hour and a half. "Fine." It was done in an hour! He told me they had also done a brief inspection, and everything checked out. I rarely have to bring the car in, but when I do, I always look for Brett Van Gompel. He is the ultimate professional. Friendly, upfront, and honest!! While waiting for my car, I also looked at the new models in the showroom. I met Aaron Richardson. He's the one I will buy my next car from. Although he had another customer, he took the time to answer a question I had. No rush, no pressure. More
