When I picked up the car Brett was out of town in training and therefore I worked with Damien Burton. Although new to the situation, Damien did an excellent job and communicated well. I have always been happy with San Diego Audi. I am appreciative of the credit toward cost provided by the Dealership. However, I am not completely pleased with Audi Corporate in this situation. More
Airbag Windshield and brakes Penni was an amazing help for us. We live closer to a different dealer but would continue to get our 3 audis serviced here because of nice and compet Penni was an amazing help for us. We live closer to a different dealer but would continue to get our 3 audis serviced here because of nice and competent people like Penni. She was able to procure the two recall airbags needed plus she made a great recommendation to have our cracked windshield fixed (since our insurance company only has vendors with garages more than an hour away. Everything was done in a couple of days and the crew worked hard to finalize before we had a scheduled trip. We are very grateful for the remarkable effort and great work. More

Terrible Communication Brought my vehicle in for servicing. They held on to my car for several days and constantly failed to contact me when they claimed they would do so. 4 Brought my vehicle in for servicing. They held on to my car for several days and constantly failed to contact me when they claimed they would do so. 4 days later I went by to pick up my vehicle as nothing was being performed on the car including the simple tire rotation I asked for. Additionally, despite asking my vehicle not be washed, they washed it and brought it back covered in water. I voiced my dissatisfaction with my service experience while I was picking up the car and I was assured somebody would call me the following morning to let me know what issues were going on with the car. That call never came. Audi San Diego clearly lacks communication. More

The sale price includes registration but he didn’t inform me that register can’t be done and didn’t take that amount off. More
