The car has fewer than 28,000 miles on it and the vendor refused to cover the punctured tire on a minor technicality. A higher level of advocacy on the part of the service center would likely have served to have the tires covered but the service center staff declined to attempt. More
Another Great Experience I brought my Audi in for scheduled service which I easily scheduled on line. Changed my mind- I have had my Audi for about 18 months and in that time I have visited the Audi San Diego service department a handful of times. During my initial vis I have had my Audi for about 18 months and in that time I have visited the Audi San Diego service department a handful of times. During my initial visits, I would have at best rated then department a 2 star. I had tried several times to schedule an appointment by phone and it was simply terrible. However, working with Jerald really changed my opinion. He was attentive, responsive, and gave me the personal touch I was looking for. He provided me with his personal number and has followed up with me post-visit. In all honesty, I had thought the Nissan Service Department was a more professional group until my last visit. I am not sure what changed but GREAT job Audi San Diego. More

He is extremely courteous and I never feel rushed to express my car concerns so that he can move on to the next client. He always acknowledges the clients who are waiting so they know that he is aware of them and will help them as soon as he courteously can. HE IS AMAZING!!!! More
