Enough Everyone at SD Audi was great. But honestly the number of times you follow through with email, texts, etc after the service to get reviews or feedback Everyone at SD Audi was great. But honestly the number of times you follow through with email, texts, etc after the service to get reviews or feedback is obnoxious. Let your manager review evaluate performance with one customer review touchpoint and ket it go. No employee wants that kind of scrutiny. Candidly, this customer doesn’t want the intrusiveness of the follow through. Especially after something simple like an oil change. Damien was great if that’s what you want to know. Leave him alone before he leaves you. He’s a good employee. More

Never Audi Again Took my Audi for an oil change and after the oil change a warning light came on stating that oil levels were too high. Due to the distance of taking Took my Audi for an oil change and after the oil change a warning light came on stating that oil levels were too high. Due to the distance of taking car back to Audi dealer. I have the care checked at a local place. They informed me that Audi had put 3 quarts of additional oil. Not very good. It make me not trust them again. I also had some other issues with the dealer. More

Missed two issues on 40,000 mile check Had two items to review at 40,000 mile check (heat not working correctly and possible coolant leak). On phone and on pick up was told items were norm Had two items to review at 40,000 mile check (heat not working correctly and possible coolant leak). On phone and on pick up was told items were normal - no issues - by Scott. I didn't feel confident they were looked over and brought car back in. Was determined to need both a replacement coolant shut off valve (heat issue) and had a coolant leak and needed the engine temperature control actuator replaced. Would have driven another 10,000 miles with these issues. Was told by Mark Monell that it was a miscommunication. However - a big thank you to Manny, who noticed the possible coolant leak to begin with! More
