Friendly, but poor communication This was my first time visiting the Audi dealership. I had called for an appointment and wanted a quote and was able to get an appointment, but there This was my first time visiting the Audi dealership. I had called for an appointment and wanted a quote and was able to get an appointment, but there was never any follow-up to my question regarding the quote. The day of the appointment I arrive early at 9am to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff. I was promised the car no later than 230pm. Come 2pm I never hear any word whether the work is done so I call the dealership and they're saying it will be done now at 3pm. I asked whether anyone was going to let me know about that. For the quoted price of $250 for an oil change it shouldn't take 6 hours and if it does indeed take that long, they should managed people's expectations. I will not be back. More

no communication! I was told they would have a loaner car for me in about 45 minutes, 1 1/2 hours later i had to go ask how much longer it would be. I was then told maybe 30 min. about 2 1/2 hours later my service advisor saw me still waiting and went to check about the loaner. I was finally given one about 3 hours later. I was never updated on what was going on with my car. I had to call the next day to find out it had not even been inspected yet. then I had to call again the next day to find out everything was fine and i could pickup my car. The kid working in the loaner car area was terrible, never communicated with me. I was very disappointed in the non-communication! More
