Minimum oil light - weeks after full service After somewhat of a challenging experience a few weeks ago when bringing my Q5 in for 20,000 mile, squeaky breaks and an oil change, I was really impr After somewhat of a challenging experience a few weeks ago when bringing my Q5 in for 20,000 mile, squeaky breaks and an oil change, I was really impressed and appreciated so much, the assistance and and great communication I had with Horacio. He was thorough in asking the questions that were needed to understand the concern with my car, what I needed to feel confident in the service and the deadline I needed to leave the service center. Horacio - was awesome! Not only was he able to get this issue with my car managed, he told me the specifics of the testing and findings needed to correct the problem. I very much appreciated his kind, thoughtful and efficient communication. It was very helpful to know he was closely monitoring my time crunch and I was thrilled to be done well before my needed deadline. Thank you Horacio and the team who assisted you in getting my car checked out and ready to go. What you all do is vitally important and effects so many lives - I couldn't get where I need to go without having a dependable and reliable car and excellent service to meet my busy work, life and tight time schedule. Small issue handled quickly. I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fi I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fix this issue this one time since I was a good customer, and they agreed. I am grateful that I didn't not have to cover the expense, especially on my leased car which is due to be turned in soon. More

Manny is always great, but it seem like whoever is doing his appointment for him seem to overbook or multiplebook him. I didn’t need my car washed after being serviced. Whoever did my work order did not even asked me. I just had my car waxed the day before. So to say the least it left. Bunch of water spots after the “free wash”. But I appreciate the effort. More
Helped me out in a pinch! I was headed out of town for Easter when I discovered a flat tire. Your team was amazing and worked me in their already booked schedule. I came in for a simple 10K service and didn't hear back from the service rep until I called. He said they were almost done and would call back when they finished. Didn't get a call. Finally I just headed to the dealership and it was ready, the service tech said I was next on his list to call. As you know, traffic can get bad into rush hour. The more notice you can provide a customer, the better they can work around rush hour. By delaying informing the customer, you are forcing them to deal with rush hour traffic when it could have been avoided. How long does it take to text someone their car is ready? This isn't the first time I've experienced this. Also, I filled in gas just before returning the car and provided the tech with a receipt. The fuel indicator did not come up to 3/4 (starting point) even though I put in more gas than I used (just drove 25 miles). I still got charged for 2 gallons of gas despite putting in gas and only driving one gallon's worth. Doesn't seem right. Your staff has been trained to give good service in talking but the walk doesn't always match the talk. More
