Although customer feed back is important, in general I find these types reviews to be inappropraitely humiliating to employees. Many reviews can be unfair or inaccurate, but there they are on the Internet anyway without a chance for the employee to respond. Also, when uniformly coached across the service industry, ie "anything below a 10 rating or 5 stars is bad", are these reviews even accurate? Find another more humane way to determine how your employees are doing their jobs. More

Quality Service and Support The 55k service interval was not entirely affordable for someone like me, but Brett helped me out in making right decisions to get it done. Owning a 2 The 55k service interval was not entirely affordable for someone like me, but Brett helped me out in making right decisions to get it done. Owning a 2016 Audi E-Tron alone is not affordable either, but driving something other than the typical gas-hybrids has its merits. After the 55k service there was a single oversight on one of the fluid levels, however the service team was not hesitant to correct the situation. This was also directly handled by Mark and Brett who were totally "on my side" to ensure things were above and beyond to exceed my satisfaction. Even Damien was helping out to support both Brett and Mark on the other behind the scenes work. Great job to the SD Audi team! They really know how to help out all the customers! More
