I spent about 15 minutes dropping my car off and George arranged a Lyft ride home and put a link on my phone for the return trip. So nice! There was recall work needed on my Audi TTS and he had already ordered the part for my appointment. No hassles or delays! George is just the best: easy to get a hold of by phone or text, responds promptly, so positive about my concerns or questions I have, highly experienced and honest, and I could go on and on. Kudos also to the guys who greeted me when I first pulled in to the dealer. There was no down time at all and my fob batteries were changed within two minutes. Just a smooth, efficient operation. Through the frustration of having my R8 at the shop over and over for an annoying squeaky seat, he was the shining star making my experience feel world class. Always greeting me with a smile (through the mask of course), genuinely asking about me and how I am and providing me with quick and easy service. Nacho went the extra mile every time. Not only does he deserve praise but a raise (that rhymed). Possibly a bonus and or a promotion. I'm proud to write all of this on his behalf and hope that he is acknowledged for his efforts. Audi was worst investment in my life, HORRIBLE! Never in my life have I had a more underhanded and unethical customer service experience than with Audi San Diego AND Audi America. Customers are considered the enemy and GUILTY until proven innocent. I have never been so infuriated and have little confidence that this feedback will make any difference. This was the single worst investment I have made in my life (time and $$$$). Never again. I will bash Audi's name every opportunity I get for the rest of my life. More
Our Q5 was there for repair after it was not turning on, had burning smell coming out and we had to tow it. Our car stayed there for close to 2 weeks. No one called us to inform what was wrong. We had to ca had burning smell coming out and we had to tow it. Our car stayed there for close to 2 weeks. No one called us to inform what was wrong. We had to call 3 times to follow up. We purchased extended warranty through them but they couldn't locate it. I'm not sure if we wouldn't have called, then when would they give our car back. In the past, they have sent us a video of mechanic doing walking around the car and informing what's wrong. They also emailed detail PDF reports in the past. Nothing happened like that during this visit. I hope this won't repeat with us or happen with others. More
