I have owned luxury cars for over 25 years and usually replace my car at 3 year intervals. The service at the other luxury car dealerships has always been lacking to say the best. I purchased my first Audi SQ5 about a year ago and it is the best car I have ever owned! I love the car and on top of it I have Audi San Diego to take care of the car. The five star treatment at this dealership is evident from the sales to the service departments! It is truly great to be able to write this review. Nacho always takes great care of me, get me a loaner when I need one, and makes sure my care is all I truly appreciate the service at Audi San Diego. Computer Chip Failure Damien was extremely helpful. He suggested that I take a photo of the dashboard when my computer failed and shut off the side driver's assist feature Damien was extremely helpful. He suggested that I take a photo of the dashboard when my computer failed and shut off the side driver's assist features. It was unnecessary, since the fault showed up in the diagnostics, but the fact that he was willing to upload the photo just in case, was great. Damien kept me updated about the replacement part's arrival date, and they were able to complete the repairs by the expected date. My new car is now working like a dream. Thank you. More
