Transmission issue Had to bring in my S6 for a transmission shudder, and the gang were able to re-flash it and flush all the fluids to make it go away. These expectations carry through the service consultants with Manny G. and Jerald C. making accurate preconditions, making difficult conversations accessible and easy to understand. Recently Manny G. went the extra mile to ensure that my warranty packages were honored and that all items were completed as if my car was new. I have been to many service centers over the years, and Audi San Diego has been by far my best experience. More
