Over scheduled I arrived at 1:15pm for an oil change and tire rotation and I left at 5pm. Was offered a ride but I live to far. The exact reason I scheduled an early I arrived at 1:15pm for an oil change and tire rotation and I left at 5pm. Was offered a ride but I live to far. The exact reason I scheduled an early afternoon appointment to miss traffic. Took another hour and a half to get home so I was late for the other plans that I had. 5 hours and 30 min of my time because they scheduled to many cars and failed to plan for their employees to eat and therefor they got behind! I feel like the price of these cars should come with quicker service! I will say they have an awesome customer lounge so at least I had a cozy seat and free WiFi! More
