George is the best again! George always gets back to me quickly when I text to make an appointment. My annual maintenance appointment was no problem, and George had already George always gets back to me quickly when I text to make an appointment. I did have to get new tires, which I wasn't thrilled about, but George helped me make the decisions about getting them or not that day and what kind to purchase. He always makes things okay, no matter how frazzled I get. I had to leave my car, of course, but he handles all the logistics of getting me home and back again. In general, George is always patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, funny, and I trust him. He's "my person" -- boom! More
