Outstanding customer experience!! I brought my car in because there was a noise coming out of the engine, I needed my 10,000 mike service, and a tire had to be replaced because there w I brought my car in because there was a noise coming out of the engine, I needed my 10,000 mike service, and a tire had to be replaced because there was a nail in it. George was very helpful and informative and he guided me through each step and what to expect throughout the process. The day I picked my car up when all was done I drive it off the lot and unfortunately got another nail in a tire. I called George right away with this misfortune and he guided me through exactly what needed to happen with the tow service and next steps. There was also a pricing issue and he took the time to investigate and correct. I’m very pleased with the level of service and experience I had. Perfect scores across the board. I would highly recommend to friends to purchase their vehicles from Audi MiraMar and service them there. Thank you George and the entire Audi staff who were all professional and helpful!! More
