Amazing service I wanted to express how truly impressed I am every time I come in for service. Joe helped me this time and he was nothing short of incredible. It was a random appointment that was urgent and he not only was able to quickly help me but was accommodating under all circumstances. I continuously am satisfied every time I come in and the survey will most definitely reflect that. If there is someone else I can email or contact as well please let me know as I am so happy with the great Job Joe and audi has done with the vehicle. I used to drive a BMW and I literally switched due to the horrible customer service there. When I explain how good Audi is to family and friends they want to switch as well. More

30K maintenance I indicated that I would need a loaner car when I made and appointment online. I also sent an email to the service agent that I made the appointment w I indicated that I would need a loaner car when I made and appointment online. I also sent an email to the service agent that I made the appointment with and got a confirmation that he put a note for my request. But on the service day, my husband was told that they never received a loaner car request from me. Sounds like a communication between the service department and loaner car department needs to be improved. That's a little disappointed. More

Not the best first experience I went for my first service for my car and I was asked if I wanted to wait or take a shuttle after I had a whole conversation with the person on the p I went for my first service for my car and I was asked if I wanted to wait or take a shuttle after I had a whole conversation with the person on the phone advising I needed a loaner car because my job requires it. After I reminded them that, I was told by my advisor that he will check on that but that a car is not available right away no matter what. I was under the impression that I made a reservation for a reason, but I guess Audi doesn’t see it that way. Once I get to the car rental window I was told I had no reservation. The guy argued with me I was not on the list and that they didn’t have a car. I was already frustrated and late to work at this point so I think my frustration showed and I explained to the representative that the girl on the phone told me a car would be ready for me but that she was also new and she was trying to make sure to do everything correct. The car loaner representative finally said just sign these papers and took me outside to choose a car after he told me he had no cars left which was clearly a lie. Also the advisor reminded me that the service included a car wash and it seems as though my car was splashed with water and that’s it. Overall, my first service was horrible and it sucks because I bought a maintenance plan from Audi since I thought they were going to be amazing. I am regretting this purchase just a little to be honest. More
