I was kept up to date on the progress and offered options to accommodate my experience, expectations were set and met, and findings/solutions were explained. I was there in the waiting room for a lengthy time but was offered pizza during everyone's lunch hour. I appreciated that gesture. More

We purchased a 2015 Range Rover from this dealer used, had secured our own financing from our own credit union in New York State (where we live) and the dealer refused to allow us to purchase the vehicle without them doing their own hard credit check "to protect them from fraud". So just to be able to purchase the car they had to lower our credit score when we weren't ever going to use them for financing. When it came to shipping the vehicle they refused to allow us to set up shipping and again "Company policy" would only allow them to set it up, surprise their shipping was double every one of the standard carriers. They messed up the DMV paperwork and here we are months after the dealer closed and we are still getting phone calls from random people at the dealer needing more signatures and more paperwork. A complete joke of a dealer. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. (On a side note the car came in damaged, none of which was disclosed-the response was "oh well, it's a used car"- A $100K used car that wasn't disclosed to have damage) More

Phenomenal service... well done, Ferduke "aka Fernando"! I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had spent the last few weekends car shopping. I've visited numerous call dealers (Lexus, volvo, volkswagen I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had spent the last few weekends car shopping. I've visited numerous call dealers (Lexus, volvo, volkswagen, jeep, acura, and infiniti). None of these dealers offered what I was looking for. From the moment I stepped into the Audi lot I was given exceptional and extraordinary service, all thanks to Ferduke. We all know car shopping is very tedious and time consuming. Ferduke's level of professionalism and expectational service ensured my experience was just the opposite of that. Ferduke was very attentive and patient. I am very meticulous and picky when it comes to picking what I want in a vehicle. He worked with me and surpassed all my expectations.
