I was interested and actively looking for an Audi A6 Prestige 55TFSi which I found online @ Audi San Diego. The 2021/12 edition was not yet on display however Jose supported me upfront with images and p Prestige 55TFSi which I found online @ Audi San Diego. The 2021/12 edition was not yet on display however Jose supported me upfront with images and provided all information needed which eventually convinced me to drive down south from San Clemente. Before we went for a test drive all my questions were answered in great detail by Jose, he left me enough time to familiarize myself with all the excellent gadgets of this great car before we took it for a 20min ride. The safety features along with all the extras convinced me to seal this deal the same day with the support of Joyce Jung. Thanks everyone More

Fernando was amazing! We’ve been on the hunt for our first SUV for our growing family since October of 2022. When we first went into the dealership, we weren’t ready to pu We’ve been on the hunt for our first SUV for our growing family since October of 2022. When we first went into the dealership, we weren’t ready to purchase yet as we were still shopping around. He was kind and understood, and we didn’t feel pressured. Fernando made sure to keep in touch and let us know what was available on the lot and what was coming in. When we were finally ready to purchase in December, Fernando was quick to respond and made us feel like a priority. He gave us great customer service the entire time! We can see a long lasting relationship with Audi San Diego because of Fernando. We are so excited and love our new Audi Q7! More

I am a new car owner and when I bought my car I was excited to be apart of the Audi family but after I dropped off my car for it first car check up and then I was told I had two recalls and that it wou excited to be apart of the Audi family but after I dropped off my car for it first car check up and then I was told I had two recalls and that it would take 2, 3 days max to get it back, didn't offer to get me a loaner, luckily I have a brother in town. After the third day I didn't hear anything back from my tech rep (Daniel) so I called and they were still waiting on the parts for the recall but everything else was done just waiting on the seat belts. On the 5 day I called and they said they were working on the airbag and that they wouldn't be complete till the 7th day. I go and pick up my car and they try to charge me for my oil change, and when I get in my car, it's dirty from the work they did and the seats, mirrors and steering wheel are all in different positions. I don't recommend this place due to lack of communication and care for their customers! Will not go back there. More
