I recently dropped my vehicle off at your dealership on Friday for 2 recalls. It came back that my thermostat bracket is broken only a few days outside my warranty. I’ve reached my 4 years but not 40,000 m Friday for 2 recalls. It came back that my thermostat bracket is broken only a few days outside my warranty. I’ve reached my 4 years but not 40,000 miles. I’m really upset about the decision that your dealership chose. I love my car but now I can’t drive it without the fear of my vehicle overheating or worse catch fire! I appreciate your diligence in making sure I’ve taken the necessary measures to insure my safety due to the recalls. During this time of our pandemic with Covid-19, I had hope that Audi would done the right thing to ease my anxiety about the recent discovery of my broken thermostat just a few days outside my warranty and during our pandemic. However, I was told to wait until it causes more damages. I honestly can’t believe this what I heard. Please forward my letter to your general manager and service manager. Ask them to review the video that was sent to us by your serviceman. I would like to dispute this decision. More

I had my vehicle serviced at Audi San Diego and it was great! It was Easy to schedule an appointment. They even came to my house and picked up my vehicle and delivered it when it was done. AMAZING Customer Service that goes above and beyond!!!! I recently got in an accident that totaled my SQ5. I was in the market of buying a new car and decided to go 100% electric and thought an Audi eTron I recently got in an accident that totaled my SQ5.
