These guys are totally disorganized The service guys obviously had good intentions but they didn't pick up my car when scheduled, couldn't tell me where the pickup was or when they would The service guys obviously had good intentions but they didn't pick up my car when scheduled, couldn't tell me where the pickup was or when they would pick up, finally did pick up, and then I got a call an hour later telling me they were coming to pick up my car. Totally terrible start to the process in the 4th week of COVID-19. Then they recommended all new tires after 14k miles. I'm no expert, but seems wrong. The car was returned unwashed. They claimed it was "sterilized" but how is that possible when it's literally unchanged in cleanliness from when it was picked up. I'm not thrilled I bought the service package because I'm stuck with these guys, but if I could take my car somewhere else I certainly would. More

Only constructive feedback I have is when our car was returned it had not been cleaned which we thought it may have been given all the work we ended up getting done. More
First off, my service was over 2 months ago. Why has it taken so long to solicit feedback? Secondly, the service was for a noise in my backseat, they kept it for at least 4 days, and the only thing I think taken so long to solicit feedback? The seat still rattles, and when I moved the seat to investigate further, grocery bags and other things were just as I had left them making it obvious they didn’t do any work on it ... Even after riding with a technician that acknowledged the noise and understood where it was coming from. Although Brett and team were very nice, I’m very disappointed. More
